Office Manager

• Handle routine and advanced correspondence that include confidential and time-sensitive letters, memoranda and transcribes documents

  •  Prepare drawings detailing system design, programming and implementation of fire alarm system.
  •  Designs specify and select relevant network. 
  •  Understands and applies NFPA 72 and NFPA 70 codes.

Senior Technical Office Engineer

Job Purpose:

  • Supporting the sales team by Providing the customers with the first technical level of support ensuring products installations, and different firefighting systems implementation.
  • Receive customer requirements and customize offers and designs to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Plays a primary role in addressing clients needs by acting as the company's initial technical interface with customers and consultants in different activities that include the presentation of company products and the tackling of technical issues.
  • Positions the company for prime opportunities by providing consultants with the organization's capabilities and solutions in implementing different firefighting systems, thus to be approved in their vendor list and to improve our ranking among their recommendations.
  • Prepares the required technical and commercial offers for the tenders and bids.

  • Provides installation team with shop drawings for the projects, and delivers the as-built drawings to the customer at the end of each project.

Design Engineer, Products and moulds

Product Design Engineer is responsible for the process of creating and designing new products. He/ She participates in the development of ideas and processes related to the manufacturing of new products, improves the performance and the designs of the existing ones and overseeing production and assembly of the prototype and the initial production of the new products samples. Product Design Engineer generally works as part of a larger design and manufacturing team, and the position involves frequent internal and external collaboration in all stages of design.

Job Duties:
  •  Designs new products, product improvements and product customization.
  •  Designs parts, fixtures and tooling to support development of innovative firefighting solutions.
  •  Oversee the manufacturing, development and testing of product prototypes.
  •  Creates CAD models, including part and assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing, testing and assembly.
  •  Provides technical and engineering support for day-to-day processing, product development and process improvements.
  •  Performs engineering and quality analysis of designs and prototypes.
  • Supervises molds maintenance operations to make sure that the molds are functioning efficiently and up to the required production and assembly standards.

  •  Engineering degree in Mechanical or Design Engineering.
  •  2- 3 Years of Experience in the same manufacturing environment.
  •  High Proficiency in using English language.
  •  Mechanical design experience, including plastic-injection molded parts and metal components is preferred.
  •  Proficiency in Solid Works is required.
  •  Strong knowledge of CAD modeling and drawings with experience in design analyses.

MRP Planning Engineer

The main function of MRP planning Engineer is to guarantee material availability, that is needed to produce the required quantities on time for sales and distribution. He / she will be involved in  the monitoring of stock levels and procurement proposals, and will contribute with different departments as warehousing, purchasing, production planning to assure a proper and smooth manufacturing process for the requested items.

Accountabilities:
  • Creates The bill of material of the planned orders and convert the planned order to a production order (if it is for a manufactured item), or to a purchase requisition (if it is for a purchased item. 
  • Run and monitor the MRP system, including all of its related components such as purchase orders, salesforecast, materials receipt, production and inventory.
  • Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimize stock levels.
  • Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions.
  • Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule.
  • Follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.
  • Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy.
  • Verify all incoming material meets established quality standards and ordered quantity.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and consistency with the MRP information. .
  • Identify and investigate problems in inventory and production and design a business process for problem resolution.

  • Engineering Degree preferable production major.
  • 2- 3 Previous experience of materials planning ideally in manufacturing environment
